Dale R Pfau is the Managing Partner of Axion Advisors, LLC specializing in communications technologies, advanced lighting technologies, and financial technology. Mr. Pfau brings significant knowledge and experience developed over the past twenty five years of his career as a Wall Street analyst and operating executive. At Axion, Mr. Pfau is focused on companies across the size spectrum and across many technology sectors, including: communications, semiconductors, wireless technology, solid state lighting, advanced materials, energy efficiency, software, and financial technology. Axion provides investment banking, strategic advisory and bespoke research to public and private companies as well as professional investment firms. Mr. Pfau also spent many years as a sell-side analyst at Cantor-Fitzgerald, CIBC World Markets and Oppenheimer. Mr. Pfau participated in 16 IPOs, many secondary offerings, and several successful M&A transactions. Mr. Pfau has helped companies raise almost $7 billion in the public and private markets. Prior to this, Mr. Pfau had a distinguished operating career in the RF/microwave industry as a senior operating executive and the CEO of a private company. Mr. Pfau’s education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Stanford University and a Master’s Degree in Physics from Cornell University. Mr. Pfau holds the following FINRA registrations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 86, and Series 87.
