Kim Johnson is the Director of Marketing at Igor. She worked with Igor on a consulting basis for many years until she joined the company full-time in July of 2018. At Igor, she is leading initiatives on brand management, ecosystem development, product strategy, channel strategy, HR, communications, and more. Before taking on her latest role at Igor, Kim developed her career in marketing and client services in Chicago. During this time, she worked as the Director of Client Services for a boutique market research consulting firm in Chicago. At this firm she led the team that managed large clients, including Tyson Foods, Nestle, and Bush Brothers. Previously she worked at Nielsen on the Walgreens Boots Alliance Corporate account.

Before moving to Chicago, she graduated with honors from the University of Iowa’s full-time MBA program with an emphasis on marketing. Prior to receiving her MBA, she worked as an English teacher in northern Japan for several years and spent her free time traveling around Asia. Upon returning to the United States, she worked on a presidential campaign in 2012.

Kim was born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She attended Augustana University where she graduated summa cum laude.
