Jasmine Shepard is an Engineer working in the Codes and Standards practice area. She uses her field work background and expertise in lighting and controls within the Title 24/20 Code and Design Lights Consortium (DLC) project. For the 2022 and 2019 Title 24 rulemaking process she has been the technical lead and co-author for Lighting. Prior to joining Energy Solutions, she conducted energy audits and commissioning including air leakage, combustion safety, and lighting controls acceptance testing. She has worked in the energy efficiency and renewable sector for over seven years.
