Monica Hansen has worked in the LED industry for 20 years. Currently, she runs LED Lighting Advisors, a consulting firm providing technical and market expertise focused on the LED lighting industry. Prior to her current position, Monica spent 13 years with Cree as a Research Manager contributing to product development in all areas of the SSL value chain from MOCVD growth and LED chip fabrication to LED package design and LED fixture development.
