David Wilts, founder and managing principal of Digital Masterplanning, has worked in the digital buildings, smart city, and software space for the last twenty years. David created and led the Digital Consulting practice in the Americas for Arup and has worked on over 300 digital (smart) building projects in the last decade. He recently left a forty-person team he built at Arup to start his own firm, and, to develop the software tools and platform that is missing in the planning, design, construction, and operations of buildings.
