Kathryn Caspar is Cree Lighting’s VP of Indoor Lighting, overseeing all product management and marketing for the indoor commercial and industrial portfolios. Previously, she was VP of Lighting and General Manager for Synapse Wireless, Inc., and spent 12+ years with Cooper Industries (Eaton) as Director of Marketing and Product Management. Kathryn’s career includes consistent contributions to new product development with successful launch campaigns resulting in robust revenue growth. Kathryn was named one of the 2015 Women of M2M.
