Oleg B. Shchekin is Vice President of Device Architecture, Technology Research and Development at Lumileds. His responsibilities include technology and product roadmap alignment, LED design and innovation. Previously he led the Phosphor Materials and Devices department in Lumileds’ R&D responsible for the luminescent material roadmap for LED products. His past experience includes epitaxial semiconductor crystal growth, semiconductor lasers, and flexible organic semiconductor integrated circuits.
