Kyung is a Managing Consultant in the energy practice group at Guidehouse. His experience includes working on DOE energy conservation standards, as well as the Lighting R&D Program. For the Lighting R&D Program, Kyung helps author a number of studies including the Lighting Market Characterization, SSL Forecast report, LED Adoption report, Agricultural Lighting report, the R&D Opportunities document, and various supporting work for the program. In addition to DOE, Kyung often works with national labs and utility companies on efforts ranging from commercial product performance and pricing projections, to analyzing emerging energy efficiency technologies. Kyung holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech.
